What we provide: using our database we find the candidate(s) satisfying Your search criteria; we check the applicants' professional history and test their suitability for the given tasks; we grant the competency of the employee of Your choice; Your company can ask for a new candidate twice within 3 months, saving additional expenditure and time. Prices: 1.6 - 4 times the gross wage of the employee.
No additional fee is applied for the making of an advertisement, Your company is billed for the advertisement only. We place the ad of the required position on our web site (http://www.aguila.hu) for free.
Discount: If Your company employs someone sent by Sg-Aquila within two weeks after the introduction of the candidates, 30% of the assignment fee is subtracted from the settlement fee.
Long-term lending of labour-force If a stop to staff numbers prevents the employment of new applicants but You still need additional labour-force, or if Your employees' working hours are not fixed or they do a part time job.
What we provide: we hire the employee of Your choice, or we perform a search for an employee based on Your criteria; we provide replacement if an employee leaves (the replacement fee is the 50% of the monthly gross wage of the employee); we do the payroll-accounting, social security and tax administration and we pay the wages. Prices: in case of an agreement covering at least 1 year the fee is 1.95 - 2.55 times the monthly gross wage.
Lending of labour-force In case You encounter seasonal problems with the labour-force (accounting, tourism, taxation, audits, projects, special events, shows, holidays, etc.), or if You need a temporary replacement of an employee on leave or sick-leave, an employee who is at home caring for a baby, or someone who simply left the company. What we provide: we find and present the appropriate employee as soon as possible; we sign a termed labour contract with the selected applicant; we pay the agreed wage to the employee, and the necessary fees to the autorities. Prices: the fee of lending is based on the gross monthly (or hourly) wage.
