Please allow me to draw Your attention to our real estates enterprise centered in North Hungary, Komárom-Esztergom county, providing full range of services in the trading of real estates. Building and managing services are provided by our constructions branch.

Our company was established after gaining nearly 20 years of professional experience and since the foundation we introduced the following services (combined in service packages also):

Trading of dwellings, summer homes, agricultural and industrial areas, woods, lakes, villas, castles, partially owned properties and other types of real estates; to native and foreign clients as well. Managing apartment blocks. Checking of real estates, obtaining the certificates of ownership, fulfilling the administrative tasks at the Administrative Office, provision of legal aid for contracts. Loan, disencumberment and leasing administration on behalf of our clients. Trading of real estates nationwide. Obtaining tenements, exchanging real estates. Legal advice, evaluation of real estates. Managing the administration in full. Free mediating services for renters and buyers of real estates.

Our staff members are experts of the highest professional standards and we work on the site of our clients' choice, using the appropriate equipment to ensure flexibility. We take photos and/or video images if our clients ask for them. We take full (moral and financial) responsibility for our staff members' work.

We have all the necessary permissions and all the (material and human) means to provide these services. We are registered to the ORIGO real estates database and the TERINFO system, and established partnership with several real estates companies.
